Quality Leadership Principles

Our company is committed to building customer loyalty by providing solid solutions, products, services and support that help our customers achieve their business objectives.

We will attain this goal through our dedicated focus on current and future customer requirements, ongoing employee training and involvement, utilization of appropriate technology and continuous process improvement.

Quality Leadership is our people-focused management system, in which we strive to continuously improve all processes. It is not a separate area, rather, it is integral to our culture — working horizontally across departments, involving all employees, top to bottom, backwards and forwards. The goal is increased customer satisfaction and constant improvement of all processes.

Training
Training in Continuous Quality Improvement began in 1995, and since that time, we have followed a structured process for implementing Total Quality Leadership. A Quality Leadership Team at each facility manages initial and ongoing employee training and monitors customer satisfaction.

Standardization
Standardization gives customers the confidence that all American Color locations will produce the same quality of product — a direct result of using identical components at each branch, including our computers, software, procedures, lighting, vendors and equipment.

Our dedication to quality and total customer satisfaction is the key to our customers’ success — and ultimately our own.

We are a leader in distributing customer images, pages and other assets in any format, to anywhere needed, enhancing speed and ease of use.
